as the days go by

Gosh, I can't believe I have not blogged for the past 4 days.. its gonna be Friday in a few hours and so much anticipation is going on. Tomorrow, my weekend will kickoff with an overnight party/sleep over at Discovery Suites (thanks to Maya for sponsoring this) and on Saturday, out-of-town trip with my Fiancé to attend a wedding of his cousin.

Admittedly, this will be the first time in the history of my blogging career that I have actually not wrote anything in my blog because I was busy, yup you read it correctly I was busy with work...and to think December should be a slow month right?

Just wanted to do a recap of my week before it ends;

Monday, 13: We had our usual Monday meeting. I was the meeting leader and minute taker (come to think of it, I still have not sent the minutes of the meeting, oh shit! have to do that tomorrow). Got a call from my favorite client and wants to meet the next day and I have to do a presentation to their Regional HR Manager (who's a foreigner by the way). And my GM advised me that I need to present our services to this Singapore based company who's planning to set up an operation in the country. Now, after 2 hours in the office I'm already harassed. And that's not all, I went to Citibank late in the afternoon and delivered the signed MOAs and invoices and went back to the office to finish my presentation.

Tuesday, 14: 7am arrived at Gold's Gym. 9am polishing my presentation. 10am presentation with the SG based recruitment firm. 11:30am presentation done! 12nn lunch, I was so hungry and drained, my take out plate had no trace of food whatsoever. 2pm left my 3pm appointment in Pasay. 2:40 arrived at Bay City, Pasay. 3:10pm I met with the Regional and Int'l HR Managers (both foreigners) 4:20pm On my way back to the office. 5pm Back in the office and it was a mad house, because everyone was preparing for the company Christmas party that night. Practice here, props making there, fixing the hair and make-up here and their. But me, I was so tired to help out. 7pm the party begins and tension rises up for the performers ( all department should have a representative for the contest). 11:30pm End of the party and time to go home.

Wednesday, 15: Did my liquidation for the cash advance I made for our planning last Friday. Payday today so I've already calculated how much will go to the wedding fund, how much will be paid for this and that bill/s. Christmas shopping must be done immediately before the cash evaporates in front of my eyes. Again, I was alone in my cubicle, everyone's out on client call so I was taking calls left and right. And before the end of the day.. meeting nanaman!!! But at least I had a good laugh before I went home, watched Harold and Kumar goes to White Castle with my fiancé. And a yummy cup of steaming toffee nut latte from starbacks after the movie.

Thursday, 16: Its proposal day today. I finally finished revising my proposal to the company I visited last Tuesday and sent it out as well.. Thank God that’s over.

Friday, 17: I know that it will be another hectic day for me. Just look at this horoscope of mine for tomorrow,
