eyes that bind

I'm not gonna rant about work because I'm so tired of it...So lets talk about AJ to keep my mind off work.

When I arrived home, I went straight to my mom's room where AJ stays for the night during weekdays. They were cleaning poop! I went to his side and showered him with kisses. As I was asking him what he did today, he was staring at me.. intensely. I felt like he was listening to every word I say. He answers back with gargles and coos. So I continue to talk to him and after a few seconds he started reaching for my shirt and when he was able to get hold of it.. he doesn't let go... as if telling me not to go and kept my face inches away from his chubby cheeks and wide open eyes. It was the first time that he stared at me like that when I speak to him. I felt like he knew and recognizes me even if I've been away the whole day.

Its times like this that I wish I don't work a 9.5 hours job so I can just be with him 24/7.

hi shenski! the queer chef sends his regards from Paris :)

I love the photo of you and the baby on your header. I just love that age. Enjoy.

I think, it's a mommy's nature to feel guilty all the time, you know this feeling of not given our baby 'the best' sort of thing. I am a fulltime mommy but still manage to feel guilty if I do enough for my child.I guess,
the chances for feeling this way are endless. We just need to take the pressure off of ourselves.Prioritizing is always difficult.Anyways,I wish you & AJ all the best!

btw, just finished browsing your wedding pics. Great wedding with lovely motif. Is it fuschia pink? I love it!:)

~Thanks JMom for your nice comment.. the header is actually my husband's idea :)
yeah.. I love the smell of his breath.. can't get enough of it..hehehe!

~CheH: Yeah your right.. I envy you and those full time mommies.. sa hirap ng buhay dito sa Pinas..its not enough kung si hubby lang ang nagtratrabaho.. What I fear the most is that he won't recognize me since he spends most of his time with his grandma and yaya.

Yup, its fuschia and pink :) Caleruega (the wedding venue) is a very beautiful chapel on a hill..sayang lang at binagyo ang kasal namin kaya we were not able to take pictures outside the chapel. sabi nga nila.. blessing daw if it rain on your wedding day..pag binagyo.. sobra-sobrang blessings :D

~Thanks for droppin' by Alternati.. hope you visit us again.

thanks for dropping by my site too. I'm sticking to Haloscan (tentatively, probably until some mishap happens again! haha). Still a newbie blogger so not that many comments got deleted. Yes, I'm an architect since 2004 and I'm in the still treed area of Baguio, Scout Barrio! (that's near John Hay)
