A Prayer for Erin

I got a forwarded email from my friend Janess not knowing what "Livestrong Erin" meant in her subject. After I read the article taken from Inquirer online, My heart just melted and touched by baby Erin's story. I immediately contacted the source of the forwarded email and pledge for 2 baller id bands to help save baby Erin. Her story is too close to home since she and AJ are of the same age.

ISAIAH 43:1-5

1. But now, thus says the LORD, your Creator, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel, "Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are Mine! 2. "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, Nor will the flame burn you. 3. "For I am the LORD your God, The Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I have given Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in your place. 4. "Since you are precious in My sight, [Since] you are honored and I love you, I will give [other] men in your place and [other] peoples in exchange for your life. 5. "Do not fear, for I am with you; I will bring your offspring from the east, And gather you from the west.
This is the passage from the Holy Bible that gives Sonny Pasimio, strength and hope in dealing with the condition of her daughter.... Little Erin.

If you wish to support baby Erin's fight for life, please email me privately at shenski@hotmail.com or you may contact Jay Paredes (0917)5300041 / Mark Francisco (0920)9046432.

In behalf of Erin, thank you for your help and prayers.

I know what you mean... stories like this just pull at my heart strings like no other. I am blessed that my children are relatively healthy for this would be the ultimate nightmare for me, to have a sick or dying child. I shudder just thinking about it.

aiRah: Thanks for dropping by.

JMom: I know! just like yesterday, I was paranoid bec. AJ was unusally hot when I touched him.. the thermometer indicates 37.7 degrees. The pedia said that if it reaches 38 degrees, bring him to the hospital. I was so worried I prayed like every hour for his temperature not to go over 37. What more if he's in Erin's situation? I might lose my mind.

just dropping by via that crazy queer chef. your blog is really nice. i have a child too (she's 2), and I know that feeling of leaving them home in the morining and seeing them after work. it gets better as they get older. i promise. then they are happy to see you. and call your name. and give you hugs as soon as you walk in the door.

that's the best.
